Globalization and industrial digitalization in the ecosystem economy were the themes of the opening and keynote speeches at the Manufacturing Performance Day event on Wednesday in TähtiAreena (Star Arena) in Tampere, Finland. His main messages to the audience can be encapsulated in two points: to achieve global success, development of ecosystems cannot be limited merely within the borders of one’s own country, and openness to common innovation must also increase within ecosystems.
